Delete your account

You can delete your TrackyFactory account and every piece of data attached to it at any time — from the app, or by email if you no longer have access to it. This page explains how, and exactly what gets deleted.
From the app
Open Settings → Security → Danger zone → “Delete my account”. A confirmation email is sent to your address. Opening its link immediately makes the account inaccessible, revokes its sessions and starts permanent deletion across the active services. If a dependency is temporarily unavailable, deletion resumes automatically. Nothing is deleted until the link is opened.
Without the app
If you no longer have access to the app or to your device, email us a deletion request from the address linked to the account. We confirm the request comes from the account holder, then delete it. Requests are handled within 30 days.
What is deleted
Everything attached to the account is removed from active systems: profile and public handle, sign-in credentials and sessions, sync data, follows, categories, watch history, lists, ratings, reviews and replies, friends, requests and blocks, activity feed, internal notifications and chat messages. The confirmed deletion is irreversible and has no recovery period.
Limited data that may remain
Data kept only on your device never reaches our servers: uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes it. Temporary technical logs follow the periods stated in the Privacy Policy and are not attached to a deleted profile. A minimal deletion receipt may be retained for up to 5 years as evidence. Residual backup copies, where applicable, disappear through the hosting provider’s normal rotation and are not restored as an active account.
