Delete your account

You can delete your TrackyFactory account and every piece of data attached to it at any time — from the app, or by email if you no longer have access to it. This page explains how, and exactly what gets deleted.
From the app
Open Settings → Security → Danger zone → “Delete my account”. A confirmation email is sent to your address: opening the link it contains deletes the account immediately and permanently. Nothing is deleted until that link is opened.
Without the app
If you no longer have access to the app or to your device, email us a deletion request from the address linked to the account. We confirm the request comes from the account holder, then delete it. Requests are handled within 30 days.
What is deleted
Everything attached to the account: profile and public handle, sign-in credentials and sessions, sync data, follows, categories, watch history, lists, ratings, reviews and replies, friends, requests and blocks, activity feed, internal notifications and chat messages. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: there is no recovery period.
What is not on our servers
Data kept only on your device (preferences, local follows, history) never reaches our servers: uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes it. Our infrastructure keeps temporary technical logs (IP address, timestamp, requested route, errors) for a short time, for security and abuse prevention; they are not attached to a deleted profile.
